Part-Time E-commerce & Performance Marketing Manager
Bullboat | Freelance / Part-time | Remote / Europe
Bullboat helps ambitious consumer brands launch and grow across Europe. We’re looking for a hands-on person to build local online stores and run performance marketing that turns interest into sales.
This role combines e-commerce and performance marketing: you’ll help create the right local shopping experience, run campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok, and use the results to keep improving both.
What you’ll do
- Build and improve localized brand websites and online stores, including local language, currency, content and offers.
- Plan, launch and improve paid campaigns across Google Search and Shopping, Meta and TikTok.
- Test creative, audiences, messages, keywords and landing pages.
- Work with brands and local teams to source content and adapt global assets for each market.
- Track sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and campaign performance.
- Use results to improve websites and campaigns, focusing effort on what works.
- Coordinate with agencies, creators and other partners when needed.
- Share clear updates on performance, learnings and next steps.

What we’re looking for
You might be an e-commerce manager, DTC manager, performance marketer or growth marketer. We’re open to different experience levels. What matters is that you can take initiative, get things live and learn from the results.
You’ll bring:
- Experience building or managing online stores or brand websites.
- Practical experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta; TikTok experience is a plus.
- An understanding of how websites, creative and advertising work together to drive sales.
- Confidence working with performance data and using it to make decisions.
- A hands-on approach: you’re happy to build, launch, test and improve.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage several brands or markets.
- Energy, curiosity and a willingness to take responsibility for results.

Experience with Google Shopping, consumer products, Shopify, localization or European markets would be valuable.
What success looks like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
- Built or improved localized online stores for selected brands and markets.
- Launched campaigns across relevant channels with clear objectives and tracking.
- Identified which creative, messages, audiences and search terms are driving sales.
- Improved the customer journey from ad click to purchase.
- Given Bullboat and our brand partners a clear view of performance and practical next steps.
The goal is simple: create local online experiences and campaigns that help our brands sell.
