Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week
Contract: Temporary Cover
Start: ASAP / TBC
We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Evening Cleaner to work at a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) site in Chesterfield.
This position offers consistent Monday-to-Friday evening hours.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
- 3 hours per day – 15 hours per week
Cleaning Duties
- General cleaning throughout the premises
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning offices and communal areas
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities
- Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Replenishing consumables where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site

Requirements
- BPSS clearance will be required
- Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Must be comfortable with lone working
- Must be comfortable acting as a key holder and using an alarm panel where required
- Must be able to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to commit to the Monday-to-Friday shift pattern
