Hours: 5 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Evening Cleaner to work at a High Street Bank in Wokingham town centre. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a regular one-hour evening shift Monday to Friday with no weekend work. The position would suit someone living or already working locally who is looking for additional part-time hours.
Working Hours
- Monday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
- Tuesday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
- Wednesday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
- Thursday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
- Friday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: No work
Total: 5 hours per week

Pay
£13.65 per hour
Duties
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises. Duties will include:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning customer-facing and staff areas
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Wiping and sanitizing surfaces and touchpoints
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Replenishing consumables where required
- General cleaning duties throughout the premises
- Ensuring the site is left clean, tidy, and presentable
Requirements
Due to the position being based within a banking environment, successful applicants will be required to complete the necessary pre-employment screening, including:
- Basic DBS check
- Adverse financial check
- Right to Work verification
- Required employment history/information

Preferred Skills:
- Previous cleaning experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Comfortable with potential key-holder responsibilities and using an alarm panel
- Able to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
- Able to commit to the full Monday-to-Friday shift pattern
Temp to Perm Opportunity
The position will initially be supplied through Concept Resources, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the cleaning team following a successful temporary period.
