Executive Assistant Opportunity

Are you an intellectually curious, immediately available Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments? This could be a genuinely exciting opportunity to support a highly ambitious founder as the business continues to scale.

We're looking for an exceptional, part-time EA with previous founder support experience, ideally gained within a start-up/scale-up, technology, or tech investment environment. This role would suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business, is naturally proactive, and can confidently navigate changing priorities while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll be supporting a busy founder who operates at pace, so strong judgement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage ambiguity are essential. We're particularly interested in EAs who have worked as a Founder's Associate or have taken on broader operational responsibilities beyond traditional diary management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
