The opportunity
As VantagePoint continues to grow, we're creating additional executive support capacity to match the pace of the business. We're looking for an organised, proactive Executive Team Assistant / Coordinator to support the Executive Leadership Team.
This is a varied, part-time role at the heart of the business, helping our leaders stay organised, prepared and focused on the highest-value work. You'll coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, events and day-to-day executive administration, while building trusted relationships across the business.

You'll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and the wider central functions, becoming an important part of how the business operates.
We're an ambitious, fast-paced business, so we're looking for someone who is organised and genuinely comfortable with AI and modern productivity tools - not just using what's already set up, but actively spotting where a smarter way of working could save time or improve how the Executive Office runs.
What you'll be doing
Executive support
- Coordinate complex diaries across the Executive Leadership Team
- Arrange meetings, travel and accommodation
- Manage expenses and executive administration
Leadership team coordination
- Organise leadership meetings and coordinate logistics
- Ensure actions and documentation are up to date
- Help prepare presentations and reports
Business operations
- Support company events and offsites
- Coordinate internal communications
- Help improve administrative processes
Relationship management
- Build strong relationships across the business
- Be a trusted point of contact for executives
- Work with external suppliers and partners
- Support new joiners and leadership activities

Working pattern
This is a part-time role, with hybrid working in line with our London office. Exact days and hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview to suit the right candidate.
