F&B Associate (Part-Time, 15 Hours)

At the Glasgow Marriott Hotel, we go beyond serving food and drinks, we create experiences guests remember. As a F&B Associate, you’ll join our vibrant Food & Beverage team, bringing warmth, energy, and exceptional service to every interaction.
Whether you’re crafting cocktails, taking orders, or sparking great conversations, you’ll play a key role in delivering the world-class hospitality Marriott is known for.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and friendly attitude
- Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate dietary needs, allergies, or preferences to the kitchen
- Keep bar and dining areas clean, organised, and inviting
- Process payments using MICROS or similar POS systems
- Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
- Support closing duties and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Take on additional tasks to keep operations running smoothly

You’re a natural people person who thrives in fast-paced, team-focused environments. You take pride in creating memorable experiences and have a great eye for detail.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in bar, restaurant, or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident handling payments and using POS systems
- Positive, professional, and reliable approach
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly to guest needs
