Finance Analyst – Part-Time (25 hrs/week) – Family Office
We're recruiting a Finance Analyst for a well-established family office, working closely within a small, close-knit finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for genuine part-time hours in a high-calibre, discreet environment.
Location: London Office based
Hours: 25 hours per week – flexible as 3 full days or across 5 shorter days
Salary: £45,000 pro rata
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing periodic (monthly/quarterly) valuations of portfolio holdings, working from GP capital account statements and fund reports
- Reconciling GP-reported NAVs against internal records and flagging discrepancies
- Producing consolidated performance reporting (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI)
- Supporting the preparation of reporting packs for senior stakeholders
- Tracking and processing capital calls and distributions
- Liaising directly with fund administrators and auditors
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc analysis and reporting improvements

What we're looking for:
- Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role – you'll be building and maintaining complex reporting models day to day
- Comfortable using modern AI tools to work more efficiently (e.g. speeding up data reconciliation, drafting reports, or streamlining repetitive analysis)
- Around 2–3 years' relevant experience, ideally from a fund administrator, Big 4 asset management audit background, or a valuations/fund reporting team
- Part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CFA) advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable working in a small, discreet team with a high degree of confidentiality
