Description
The Part-Time Finance Manager's responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial management and reporting.
- Prepare accurate budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Manage financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage financial planning and performance.
- Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.
- Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

Profile
A Successful Part-Time Finance Manager Should Have
- A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
- Professional qualifications in accounting, such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
- A proactive and organised approach to work.

Job Offer
Benefits Include
- Salary of £45,000 to £49,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
- Standard benefits package.
- Part-time, permanent position based in Oxford.
