Blue Skies Property Investment specializes in sourcing, refurbishing, and managing Serviced Accommodation and Buy-to-Let properties across the North East. Team members work closely with investors and partners to provide reliable, transparent property services.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Financial Controller role based in Middlesbrough. The Financial Controller will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. The role includes preparing monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports for leadership and investors. The individual will manage budgeting, monitor property-related income and expenditure, and ensure accurate recording of refurbishment and operating costs. Responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards, supporting year-end processes, and recommending improvements to financial controls and procedures.
