About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Financial Services Lead Generator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities from our existing client portfolio.
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, generating qualified appointments, and supporting the growth of our financial services business. No financial advice experience is required, but confidence on the phone and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients by telephone and other communication channels.
- Introduce our financial services proposition in a professional and engaging manner.
- Identify potential client needs and qualify opportunities.
- Book appointments for Financial Advisers.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Follow up on enquiries and nurture prospective client relationships.
- Work towards agreed lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Represent the business professionally and compliantly at all times.

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with individuals over the phone.
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Desirable
- Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or business development.
- Experience within financial services, insurance, mortgages, or banking.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
