About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to support our evolving fleet.
This role will focus on the day-to-day administration of the fleet that supports Bauer Media Outdoor across the UK. Alongside the standard fleet administration duties, you will also play an important role in supporting the fleet’s transition towards Carbon Net Zero.
You will work as part of the Fleet team, supporting our fleet operations across the UK. You’ll work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, as well as suppliers, to ensure the fleet is managed efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across the Ops delivery teams
- Administration of driver licence checking, fuel cards, congestion charge, dart charge, and lease company liaison
- Administration of fleet master database
- Invoice reconciliation and allocation of fleet costs
- Monthly KPI preparation
- Administration of prosecution notices, parking penalties, and traffic contraventions received
- Support the fleet transition to Electric vehicles
- Assist in tracking cost savings initiatives, fleet performance metrics, and process and automation opportunities
Who are you?
- Prior experience in fleet administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Experience with Fleet systems (Desirable)
- Confident communication and relationship skills - internal and external

- Salary of £32,500 FTE, pro rata to £19,500 for 3 days per week
