We are looking for creative, enthusiastic experienced Part-Time Florists to join our team in Nine Elms, London. The successful candidates will have a genuine passion for fresh cut flowers, floral design, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for preparing beautiful hand-tied bouquets and arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating fresh, attractive bouquets and floral arrangements
  • Preparing and conditioning fresh cut flowers
  • Caring for flowers and ensuring high-quality presentation
  • Selecting and preparing flowers according to customer requirements
  • Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking orders and providing advice on flower choices and arrangements
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and presentable workspace
  • Helping with flower deliveries, stock, and general shop duties when required
  • Supporting seasonal and special-event orders

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous floristry experience, ideally working with fresh cut flowers
  • Has good knowledge of flower varieties, conditioning, and care
  • Has a creative eye and attention to detail
  • Can produce high-quality bouquets efficiently
  • Enjoys working with customers and providing excellent service
  • Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently
  • Is comfortable working in a busy environment
  • Has a positive can-do attitude and genuine passion for flowers

Floristry qualifications are welcome but practical experience and creativity are equally important.
