About The Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Foundation Administrator to join our Foundation team in Cirencester. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our charitable foundation, helping to ensure funding reaches charities efficiently and fundraising activities run smoothly.
Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you will provide essential administrative support across grant-making, fundraising, database management and financial processes. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the Foundation, Finance and Responsible Business teams, contributing to meaningful initiatives that make a positive impact within our communities.
This role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to be part of a team dedicated to delivering social value and supporting charitable causes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the administration and processing of grant payments to charitable organisations.
- Maintaining accurate records across grant management and internal systems.
- Providing administrative support to fundraising activities and events.
- Monitoring and updating fundraising and donor information within the CRM database.
- Assisting with data imports, exports, reporting and Gift Aid processes.
- Managing supporter materials and maintaining accurate records.
- Responding to queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Foundation and wider business to support team objectives.

About You
You'll be a highly organised administrator who enjoys working with data, systems and processes while maintaining excellent attention to detail. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, handling financial information accurately and building positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
You will bring experience gained within an administrative, business support or operations environment and have a genuine interest in supporting charitable activity and delivering excellent service. You thrive in a team environment, take pride in producing high-quality work and are happy to support a variety of projects and initiatives as required.
Essential Criteria
- Experience working in an administration, business support or operational role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining databases, records or management information systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience handling financial information, payments or reconciliations.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders via email, telephone and in person.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work accurately to deadlines.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience using CRM or database management systems.
- Understanding of the charity or not-for-profit sector.
- Experience supporting fundraising, events or community initiatives.
- Knowledge of Gift Aid processes or charitable funding administration.
- Experience working with donor or grant management systems.
