We are a growing country clothing retail business based near Potto, North Yorkshire, and we’re looking for a reliable freelance ecommerce and digital marketing specialist to help us grow our online sales.
We’re looking for someone practical and hands-on who can help us make the most of our WooCommerce website and online marketing.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and updating our WooCommerce website
- Adding and updating products, photographs, descriptions, prices, and stock
- Improving the design, layout, and usability of the website
- Running and improving Facebook/Instagram advertising
- Creating and managing online marketing campaigns
- Managing Mailchimp email campaigns and customer newsletters
- Helping improve our website’s Google/SEO visibility
- Looking at website and advertising results and suggesting ways to increase sales
- Helping promote new products, seasonal ranges, and special offers
- General ecommerce and digital marketing support

What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have proven experience with:
- WooCommerce and WordPress
- Website design and maintenance
- Facebook/Meta advertising
- Email marketing, particularly Mailchimp
- Ecommerce and online retail
- SEO and Google Analytics
- Creating engaging online content
Experience with clothing, fashion, outdoor, equestrian, or country lifestyle retail would be a big advantage.

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to work independently. You don’t need to be an agency - we’re happy to work with an experienced freelancer who can become a regular part of our business.
The role
5-10 hours per week, with flexibility around the days and hours worked.
We’re ideally looking for someone within reasonable travelling distance of Potto, North Yorkshire, although some of the work can be done remotely.
