A leading accommodation provider is seeking a part-time Front Desk Assistant to join their on-site team in Bath.
Work Pattern
- Location: Central Bath
- Part-time role: 30hrs a week
- On-site
Your new role
As Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operation of the property.
What you'll need to succeed
- Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in procedures.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Supporting residents with a range of accommodation-related queries.
- Managing incoming deliveries and parcel collections.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems.
- Providing general front-of-house and administrative support.
