Front of House Manager | Relaxation Rooms, Guildford
Part-time | Wednesday, Friday & Saturday | Approx. 28 hours per week
Relaxation Rooms is an established, independent day spa in the heart of Guildford, offering a beautiful range of spa, beauty, massage and nail treatments.
We are looking for a warm, professional and highly organised Front of House Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the smooth running of Front of House on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
This is a hands-on role, combining reception and client care with responsibility for the overall guest experience and day-to-day FOH operation.
Your role will include:
- Managing and working on Front of House and reception
- Opening the spa on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to every client
- Managing bookings, enquiries and appointment changes
- Supporting rebooking, retail, vouchers and treatment sales
- Monitoring the daily diary and maximising appointment opportunities
- Supporting and guiding reception colleagues
- Maintaining our high standards of presentation and client experience
- Dealing confidently with day-to-day client queries and concerns
- Supporting social media and content creation
- Working closely with our Spa Manager and Supervisor

We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in reception, hospitality, spa, salon or a similar customer-facing environment
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is confident, organised and able to work independently
- Has a warm, approachable and professional manner
- Is commercially aware and enjoys creating opportunities for rebooking and retail
- Takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience
- Is comfortable using booking and computer systems

Experience in a luxury spa, hotel, salon or wellness environment would be an advantage.
Hours & Pay
- Wednesday: 8.30am–8pm
- Friday: 8.30am–6pm
- Saturday: 8.30am–6pm
£27-30,000 pro rata plus quarterly bonus, depending on experience.
