PART-TIME FRONT OF HOUSE & MEMBERSHIP CONSULTANT

Are you friendly, confident and passionate about people, fitness and delivering an outstanding customer experience?
We’re looking for a Front of House & Membership Consultant to join the team at Jetts Fitness Hammersmith. You’ll be the welcoming face of the club, helping members and guests from the moment they walk through the door, while supporting membership sales, social media and the day-to-day running of the club.
The Details
- Location: Jetts Fitness Hammersmith
- Hours: Two evenings and 1–2 weekend days, dependent on business needs
- Start Date: September 2026

About the Role
This is a varied, people-focused role that combines customer service, membership sales, fitness and social media.
You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, building relationships with prospective and existing members, supporting membership growth and helping keep the club looking and running at its best.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome members and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring the front of house is always covered.
- Handle member and visitor enquiries in person and over the phone, delivering excellent customer service.
- Review daily leads, trials and appointments through the CRM and consistently follow up prospective members.
- Conduct club tours, confidently explain membership options and support new sign-ups.
- Convert walk-in enquiries and ensure every prospective member receives a great experience.
- Accurately use the membership system to process memberships and manage customer information.
- Take ownership of the club’s social media content calendar, creating engaging content that showcases the community, culture and results at Jetts Hammersmith.
- Monitor social media comments and messages and respond in line with the Jetts brand tone.
- Keep reception, the gym floor and changing areas clean, tidy and presentable.
- Report maintenance and safety issues promptly.
- Work closely with the management team, support colleagues during busy periods and step in across the club when needed.

About You
You’ll be someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and professional, with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and organised, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective members and supporting sales conversations.
- Creative and confident with social media, with an eye for creating engaging content.
- Comfortable using computer systems; CRM or POS experience is an advantage.
- Positive, proactive and keen to learn, develop and contribute to a team.
- Interested in fitness, sales or customer service, with a genuine commitment to putting members first.
