Do you want to become a part of the best gym team in Stevenage? Well, look no further!!
Here at Rise Gym, we are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, well-presented, and personable part-time front-of-house member to join our existing team.
Responsibilities
- Greeting members.
- Answering the phone, taking bookings, and messages.
- Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Making protein shakes and coffees - full training will be given.
- Gym cleanliness (regular cleaning of equipment, mirrors, blenders, and coffee machine).
- Cash handling & till usage.
- Opening (4:45 starts) & closing (22:15 finishes) of the gym.
- Communicating with management on a daily basis.
- A willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the gym's operational needs when required.
- Great interpersonal skills, the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
