Part-Time Front of House Team Member

Practical Car & Van Rental Windsor is looking for a friendly, organised and confident Part-Time Front of House team member to join our busy Windsor branch.

You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping to provide a professional and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. The role involves assisting customers, supporting the rental team and helping to keep the day-to-day operation of the branch running smoothly.

This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, can use their own initiative and is comfortable working in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and assisting with general enquiries
• Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries
• Assisting customers with vehicle collections and returns
• Helping customers choose the appropriate vehicle for their requirements
• Supporting the team with bookings and rental administration
• Checking vehicles when they are returned
• Helping ensure vehicles are ready and presented correctly for customers
• Keeping the reception, office and customer areas clean, tidy and organised
• Providing excellent customer service and dealing professionally with customer queries
• Supporting the wider team with general day-to-day duties when required
