We are looking for an experienced all round general practice RICS Surveyor to join us covering commercial properties across South-West London and North-East Surrey.
Wimbledon based, covering South-West London & North-East Surrey
About the role:
Role type: Part-time may lead to Full Time
Location: Office based
Hours: 3 days per week / Mon-Wed-Fri, 9am–5.30pm / flexible, can be discussed
Salary/Package: for 3 days £30,000 p.a / DOE, Competitive, Bonus/Commission, Car allowance, Holiday pay
Start date: T.B.C
Working across a varied portfolio in a well-established local area.

Key Responsibilities:
- A mixed role including Agency and Professional Work
- Agency, includes industrial, shops and offices, conducting viewings, negotiate offers and agree Heads of Terms with clients and their advisers
- Prepare market appraisals and marketing strategies for landlord/vendor clients
- RICS Red Book valuations Landlord & Tenant lease renewal, rent reviews
- Advise on management portfolio
- Covering Merton, Wandsworth, Kingston & Croydon.

We are an independent well-known commercial property agency based in Wimbledon, for the past 50 years.
What we’re looking for:
- Agency and professional surveying experience essential with a proven agency/professional practice background
- RICS qualification (MRICS or equivalent)
- Strong local market knowledge of South-West London / North-East Surrey would be an advantage
- Driving licence/own car required
- Self-motivated, client-focused, able to work independently.
