Part Time General Counsel
2 days per week (Tues and Wednesday)
Location: London
Salary: £125K - £180K (full time equivalent)
The role:
Commercial / Contractual:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of B2B commercial contracts, including client service agreements, consultant terms, NDAs, supplier contracts, referral agreements, engagement letters, and terms of business.
- Support interim, finance, and funding-related contracts, working closely with finance and leadership teams.
- Identify and manage contractual risk while balancing commercial objectives.

Employment Law:
- Advise on employment law matters across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, policies, disciplinary processes, grievances, and exits.
- Support business leaders with pragmatic, compliant employment advice.
- Liaise with external employment counsel where specialist input is required.

Requirement
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Experience with employment and commercial matters
