Part Time General Counsel

2 days per week (Tues and Wednesday)

Location: London

Salary: £125K - £180K (full time equivalent)

The role:

Commercial / Contractual:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of B2B commercial contracts, including client service agreements, consultant terms, NDAs, supplier contracts, referral agreements, engagement letters, and terms of business.
  • Support interim, finance, and funding-related contracts, working closely with finance and leadership teams.
  • Identify and manage contractual risk while balancing commercial objectives.
