About Toolramp

Toolramp is building the AI growth layer for the UK’s trades companies. We help plumbers and electricians win more local jobs, manage customer enquiries, reduce admin, and get paid faster.

We are looking for a part-time Growth Marketing Lead to help us scale customer acquisition across paid search, SEO, and conversion-focused landing pages. This role is ideal for someone with strong PPC and SEO experience, especially within consumer-focused startups, marketplaces, local services, or high-intent lead generation.

The role is flexible and part-time, 1–2 days per week, with the opportunity to have a direct impact on an early-stage company building in a large, fragmented market.

Tasks

  • Manage and improve Google Ads campaigns across plumbing, electrical, and home services categories.
  • Research, test, and refine high-intent keywords across consumer and partner acquisition campaigns.
  • Improve ad copy, landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead capture flows.
  • Build and execute an SEO strategy focused on local services, trade-specific pages, and high-intent search terms.
  • Identify content opportunities across blogs, service pages, location pages, and FAQs.
  • Track campaign performance, conversion rates, CAC, and lead quality.
  • Run structured experiments across PPC, SEO, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Work closely with the founder to turn learnings into clear growth priorities.
  • Help build a repeatable growth engine across different trades and UK cities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
