Description

Part-time Growth & Partnerships Manager working directly with Nathan Boon to develop new commercial opportunities across events, festivals, corporate catering, weddings, private events, partnerships and future franchise opportunities. The role involves lead generation, follow-up and building a commercial pipeline, with scope for the role to grow as additional revenue is generated.

Duties

  • Generate and develop new business leads
  • Identify opportunities across events and festivals
  • Develop corporate catering opportunities
  • Develop wedding and private-event business
  • Build commercial partnerships
  • Identify potential franchise leads
  • Follow up enquiries and prospects
  • Maintain and develop the commercial pipeline
  • Work closely with Nathan Boon on growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Sales or business-development experience
  • Experience in events, hospitality, partnerships or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Lead-generation and prospecting ability
  • Ability to develop commercial partnerships
  • Ability to manage and follow up a sales pipeline
  • Commercially focused and proactive approach

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, events, hospitality, partnerships or account management
  • Strong commercial, communication, relationship-building and lead-generation skills

Working pattern

Monday and Friday, approximately 16 hours per week
