- Location: Swindon
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Hours: 07.30am - 11.30am on a 4-on, 4-off rolling rota
About The Role
As a Part Time Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring that visitors feel welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, safe and compassionate food and beverage services to patients across hospital wards.
- Taking and processing patient meal orders using a tablet-based ordering systems.
- Providing support to patients who may need assistance choosing suitable meals.
- Supporting with daily lunch and supper meal services, as well as multiple hydration rounds throughout the shift.
Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for individuals who possess:
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to assist team members and guests alike.
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
