Role Overview
Equinox is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Part-Time Maintenance Associates to join our dynamic team in our luxury state-of-the-art facility in Kensington, UK. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact within a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities
Maintenance Associates are responsible for ensuring impeccable standards of hygiene, presentation, and equipment maintenance across our facilities. Key tasks include:

Facility Cleaning & Presentation:
- Maintain clean, sanitary club environments, including exercise equipment, locker rooms, storage rooms, and laundry facilities.
- Ensure staff areas such as lobby and sidewalk entrances remain presentable and welcoming.

Housekeeping & Stocking:
- Clean and reorganise high-use areas, including locker rooms, stocking locker room consumables (e.g., towels, soap, toiletries).
- Maintain an adequate supply of towels on the exercise floor.

Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and address technical concerns.
- Stock and store supplies/model components.

Logistics & Guest Support:
- Receive, sign for, and manage deliveries to designated areas.
- Assist with special events, customer inquiries, and temporary tasking as required.

Plant & Security:
- Promptly notify Housekeeping Manager about any non-urgent repairs or stock replenishment needs via the maintenance request system.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a versatile, detail-oriented team player with:
- Availability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, including evenings/weekends/walk-ins as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Previous experience in cleaning/laundry/housekeeping is preferred.
- Functional skills to service athletic/sport equipment and knowledge of using cleaning products and hand tools.
- Strong foundational skills in customer service, organisation, communication, and multitasking.
