Part-Time HR Administrator
Heanor
Up to £27,500 per annum (full-time equivalent), pro rata for part-time hours (£17,000)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful company providing HR support to the HR department and wider business.
You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems.
Description of the role:
- Monitoring and updating annual leave, sickness records, and probation information.
- Assisting the payroll administration including benefits and working hours.
- Updating reports and spreadsheets in relation to headcount, absences, and recruitment.
- Liaising with a range of departments including HRSS, Pensions, Training & Development, and Compensations & Benefits.
- Assisting the HRBP in updating systems and procedures.
- Monitoring the HR inbox and distributing as appropriate.
- Booking venues and meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings.

About you:

- Experience of working within a busy HR environment in an administrative capacity.
- Knowledge of HR systems and able to pick up new systems with ease.
- Knowledge of Excel, Oracle, and SharePoint.
- Able to build relationships at all levels.
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
