HR Manager

My client are seeking a Part Time HR Manager to oversee and manage comprehensive HR functions in their organisation. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, HR administration, policy compliance, performance management, training and development, and employee relations support. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement across all HR processes, ensuring alignment with current legislation and HR best practices all within a stand-alone role.

Working 30hrs across 5 days a week based in the office.

Day-to-day Of The Role

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process from advertising to onboarding, including direct sourcing, agency relations, and preparing employment documents.
  • HR Administration & HRIS: Maintain accurate employee records, manage data and compliance, and administer attendance and leave records.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure consistent application of company policies, support managerial procedures, and monitor compliance with employment laws and GDPR.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate the Performance Management System, track objectives, and support managers in performance documentation.
  • Training & Development: Oversee training records, coordinate training programmes, and support development initiatives.
  • Employee Relations Support: Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries and manage complex employee relations matters.

  • Proven experience in Human Resources management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, GDPR, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data management.
  • Confident in a stand-alone role
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and maintain a positive workplace culture.
