SEKO Logistics are delighted to share an opportunity to join our organisation, these roles will be to support one of our exciting Client sites based at Farnborough Airport.

Job Overview

To execute warehouse operations ensuring the accurate aircraft part handling, traceability, and stock integrity. The role supports an aircraft logistics operation by receiving, storing, picking, and issuing aircraft components in a secure and controlled environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive Aircraft parts in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Verify part numbers, serial numbers, documentation, and certification in line with business procedures.
  • Handle with due care and attention, correct condition/status labels (e.g., serviceable, unserviceable, quarantine).
  • Issue parts to Engineers or Couriers as per system material requests in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Report any Discrepancies, Non-conformities, Damages etc.
  • Store Aircraft components in accordance with OEM specifications and environmental requirements.
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital records to ensure full part traceability.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Relabel stock when required to maintain correct identification and status.
  • Pick and issue parts under authorized release controls.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to achieve operational targets.
  • Maintain clean and safe stores areas, ensuring gangways and external forecourts remain clear.
  • Operate at all times in compliance with site health and safety rules, risk assessments, and safe systems of work in line with company and customer policies.
  • Promptly report hazards, unsafe behaviours, or potential risks to line manager/supervisor or responsible person on site.
  • Perform warehouse transactions under authorised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Understanding of warehouse procedures
  • Aircraft parts handling and basic airworthiness awareness.
  • Specific system operation and other associated logistics applications
  • Previous aerospace logistics experience or equivalent aviation supply roles.
  • Experience in warehouse environments.
  • Familiarity with aviation documentation standards

We have 4 part-time roles covering a Saturday and Sunday shift. 06.00-15.00 & 14.00 - 23.00.
