The Opportunity
C&C Search is currently recruiting an Investor Relations Assistant to join an investment firm based in Central London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a client-focused and detail-oriented professional with experience in administration, customer service, luxury hospitality, concierge services, or PA support who is looking to build a career within financial services.
As Investor Relations Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for valued investors and will deliver an outstanding level of client service across investor communications, onboarding, reporting, events, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Handle client requests and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and assist with compliance-related processes.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and client communications.
- Organise meetings, events, and related logistics.
- Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and business documents.
- Support business development activities, including proposals and information requests.
- Help manage digital content, databases, and communication channels.
- Provide support across marketing, communications, and client engagement initiatives.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Experience in an administration, coordination, client service, or support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Experience maintaining records, databases, or CRM platforms is beneficial.
- A professional and confidential approach to their work.
- A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for learning and development.
- A commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for clients and stakeholders.
