4Seasoncollective is an established production company and marketing agency based in Derbyshire, we are a trusted name in the sports and outdoors industry.
Working alongside the Creative Lead and Senior Videographer, we are looking for a Junior Editor and Creative to help our established creative team deliver projects more efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be confident and proficient in the use of video editing software, and be able to interpret a brief, turning supplied footage into a cohesive video output. As an agency, our work is very varied. It can range from short-form event work to more polished product launches and narrative films. As such, the role will call for a candidate who is adaptable and happy working to tight deadlines on location as well as using a more traditional, polished studio workflow. The candidate will be expected to work alongside the creative team to deliver larger projects, as well as undertaking smaller edits individually.

In addition to strong video editing, the candidate will have a keen eye for design and be familiar with social media trends and visual style. Using supplied assets from the creative team, the candidate will develop social media and graphic content to specification for clients, partners, and internal agency use.

Video Editing: Responding creatively to a brief and using supplied footage to bring together polished edits to a deadline. Proficiency using video editing software is essential; DaVinci Resolve is preferred.

Social Media Design: Design and develop social media posts based on client specs and identity for use on client and internal social channels.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Media management and Organisation: Maintaining and organising our searchable archive of footage, projects, and data.
