Part-Time Keyholder needed for our Villeroy & Boch Bicester Outlet on a temporary position with potential to go permanent
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Keyholder on a Part-time and Temporary basis to join our team. This outlet is located inside Bicester Village (Unit 146, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester Village, Oxfordshire, OX26 6EU).

Responsibilities
PT Keyholder - The ideal candidate must be driven, self-motivated, and able to work alone as well as part of our team. The candidate must be able to open and close the store, be flexible according to the needs of the business, available to cover holidays, usually working weekends and some late shifts.
The position will include a variety of tasks, so the ability to join in with all aspects of sales and assist in the running of a busy branch is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills with all employees and customers
- PC literate - MS Office, Word, Excel essential
- Product knowledge and market awareness would be an advantage
- Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety principles
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy
- Opening and closing of the shop
- Cashing up and taking payments for accounts
- Replacing displays as the products change
- To be comfortable in a 1-1 selling environment
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness on the shop floor and stockroom areas
- Ability to learn (full training will be provided)
