Part-Time Lead Generator and Appointment Maker
South Croydon | 8-10 Hours per Week | Flexible Hours
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Part-Time Lead Generator and Appointment Maker to help us identify opportunities, speak with prospective customers and book quality appointments for our sales team.
This is not a customer service role or a general admin position. We’re specifically looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, qualifying opportunities and creating new business conversations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contacting prospective logistics and warehousing customers by telephone
- Following up on marketing enquiries and leads
- Qualifying opportunities against agreed criteria
- Introducing our services in a professional and engaging manner
- Booking appointments for our sales team
- Maintaining accurate records of conversations and outcomes
- Working independently to achieve agreed appointment targets

Essential
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting or business development
- Confidence speaking with decision makers over the phone
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A professional and positive telephone manner
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and manage their own workload
