Part-Time Learning Support Assistant – Hillingdon
Senovo is building a shortlist for current and upcoming temporary SEN assignments in Hillingdon from now through December 2026. This is a candidate-attraction campaign covering suitable local opportunities, not one named school vacancy. The exact setting, timetable and pupil profile will always be discussed before your CV is submitted.
Working pattern: Part-time, two to four school days per week
Pay: £90–£110 per day, pro rata PAYE

Location: Hillingdon
Contract: Temporary, school-based and on-site
The work may involve learning difficulties, communication needs and mild-to-moderate SEND. Key responsibilities include:
- Break learning into manageable steps
- Provide classroom and intervention support
- Record progress and encourage independence
Experience: School support experience is preferred; relevant care or youth experience may be considered.
Qualifications: Level 2/3 support training is desirable; QTS is not required.
