Part-Time Legal Document Production Specialist - REMOTE

£28,000.00 - £30,000.00 (Take- home)

My client is an international Law Firm. An opportunity has arisen for a fully remote Part Time Evening Legal Document Production Specialist to support the wider offices as part of a larger team. This role will entail workflow and Team Leader duties. The hours are working 3.30pm to 10pm Monday to Friday (30 Hours)

Requirements

Applicants MUST have held a Legal Document Production position within a law firm. The role will provide seamless, professional, accurate and timely document production service, in a high quality, deadline driven environment. This role is remote, but applicants will need to be accessible to one of their key office locations,

Responsibilities

The role will entail:

  • Accurately interpreting complex briefs and seek clarification where necessary, and ensure the team are informed throughout the process.
  • Review attachments in the DPC inbox and on BigHand Now, ensuring they are accessible and relevant to the request.
  • All aspects of production work to include, but not limited to, correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, bundles, bibles and data rooms.
  • Ensure all work has been conducted using house style and in line with the firm's specific systems/procedures.
  • Any other tasks as reasonably requested.

Skills

Applicants will have:

  • Experience in a Legal Document Production Specialist role
  • Have exceptional technical skills and competency in the use of Word, PowerPoint in a document production role.
  • Have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines and constraints
  • Be able to manage confidential information with discretion whilst working in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-pressure environment.

Salary

Salary: £28,500 increasing to £30,000 pro rata
