About the Candidate
- A full and relevant Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 2, CACHE, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with nursery-aged children (3–4 years), ideally in a school setting.
- Working knowledge of Tapestry or a similar online learning journal system to document observations.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and positive behaviour management.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, proactive approach to team working.
