About the Role
Home Instead is currently seeking a MALE Support Worker in Burton Latimer to provide essential support to a client, helping them maintain independence in their own home and within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with everyday activities
- Supporting the client’s love of being outdoors and gardening (a rural setting would be beneficial)
- Providing life skills support such as cooking and domestic duties
- Helping the client access activities and remain connected with their community
- Ensuring the client’s safety at home and outdoors
- Building a trusted, companionship-focused relationship with the client

Requirements
- FULL DRIVING LICENCE with access to your own vehicle (must be comfortable driving the client’s vehicle)
- PREFERRED: Experience in managing challenging behavior (training and support will be provided, but willingness to learn is essential)
- No prior care experience is required—comprehensive training will be given during orientation
Working Hours
- Monday: 12:30 - 22:00
- Thursday: 12:00 - 22:00
- Friday: 12:30 - 22:00
- Sunday: 16:00 - 22:00
