Company Description
Beacon Rise Holdings plc is a London-based, publicly listed acquisition company pursuing a focused buy-and-build strategy in the musculoskeletal healthcare services sector.
We are seeking an experienced Mandarin–English translator and interpreter to support our founder, who is based in the UK and works primarily in Mandarin, with English as a secondary working language.
The Role
You will act as the founder’s trusted communication partner, providing live interpretation during meetings and translating key documents. You will support his communication with the management team, professional advisers—including lawyers, accountants and corporate finance advisers—and the owners and management teams of clinics that the Company may acquire.
This is a front-row role in a fast-moving healthcare growth company, involving direct participation in management meetings, adviser calls and commercial negotiations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
