Part-Time | Maternity Cover (9-12 Months)
Location: Harlow (Office-Based)
Salary: £19,500 per annum (Part-Time Salary)
Hours: 24-25 hours per week
24-25 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

Looking for a flexible part-time accounts role?
We are looking for an experienced and organised Accounts Assistant to work independently alongside the Head of accounts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience who is seeking a role that offers flexibility.
Working closely with the Head of Accounts, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting function and ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Carrying out bank reconciliations
- Processing payments and receipts
- General data entry and accounts administration
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Handling finance-related queries from suppliers and customers
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team
