About the Role

Are you a wellbeing enthusiast who loves interacting with people, or are you starting your journey within the health and wellness space? Do you have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming, elevated and positive guest experience?

We are hiring a part-time Front of House for a new luxury wellness concept launching in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pre-launch team helping to shape a next-generation destination focused on health, recovery, fitness and holistic wellbeing.

The Company

A new luxury wellness destination is launching in Central London, designed to integrate fitness, recovery, therapy and holistic wellbeing within an intentionally curated environment.

Every detail of the experience has been thoughtfully considered — from service and communication to the physical space itself — to create a welcoming, restorative and elevated guest journey.

This is a pre-launch concept with ambitious plans for growth, offering a unique opportunity to join at the earliest stage and help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience from day one.

The Role

As Front of House, you will be the face of the studio and the first point of contact for all guests. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional, consistent and welcoming experience across every interaction.

You will support day-to-day operations, guest communications and studio presentation, ensuring the space runs smoothly and reflects the brand’s premium standards at all times.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
