Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 7.5 hours per week
Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: 9:00am – 10:30am
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: TBC
We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Morning Cleaner to work at a professional site in Armagh.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering a regular 1.5-hour morning shift, Monday to Friday, with no weekend working. The position could be ideal for someone living or already working locally who is looking for additional regular hours each week.
Working Hours
- Monday: 9:00am – 10:30am
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 10:30am
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 10:30am
- Thursday: 9:00am – 10:30am
- Friday: 9:00am – 10:30am

The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises. Duties will include:
- Cleaning customer-facing and staff areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Replenishing consumables where required
- General cleaning duties throughout the premises
- Ensuring the site is left clean, tidy and presentable
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous cleaning experience, ideally within a commercial environment
- Is reliable and punctual
- Can commit to the full Monday-to-Friday shift pattern
- Can provide valid Right to Work documentation
- Is comfortable with lone working
- Is comfortable with potential key-holder responsibilities and using an alarm panel
- Can use a telephone-based time and attendance system
- Is looking for a position with the potential to become permanent

Temp to Perm Opportunity
The position will initially be supplied through Concept Resources, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the cleaning team following a successful temporary period.
