Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 5 hours per week
Days: Monday & Wednesday
Shift: 9:00am – 11:30am
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: TBC
We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Morning Cleaner to work at a commercial site in Bishop's Stortford. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering just two morning shifts per week, making it ideal for someone looking for additional hours to fit around another job or other commitments.
Working Hours
- Monday: 9:00am – 11:30am
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 11:30am
- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: No work
- Saturday & Sunday: No work
Total: 5 hours per week

£15.00 per hour
The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises. Duties will include:
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning office and communal areas
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Replenishing consumables where required
- General cleaning duties throughout the site
- Ensuring the premises are left clean, tidy and presentable
Requirements
Successful applicants must:
- Be able to complete a DBS check
- Provide valid Right to Work documentation
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be able to commit to both Monday and Wednesday shifts
- Be comfortable with lone working
- Be comfortable with potential key-holder responsibilities and using an alarm panel
- Be able to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred

Temp to Perm Opportunity
The position will initially be supplied through Concept Resources, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the cleaning team following a successful temporary period.
