Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Morning Cleaner to work at a High Street Bank in Galashiels.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering just three morning shifts per week, making it ideal for someone looking for a small number of regular hours to fit around another job or other commitments.
Working Hours
- Monday: 9:00am – 10:30am – 1.5 hours
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 11:00am – 2 hours
- Friday: 9:00am – 10:30am – 1.5 hours
Tuesday, Thursday & Weekends: No work
Total: 5 hours per week
Pay
£13.45 per hour

The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises. Duties will include:
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning customer-facing and staff areas
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Replenishing washroom consumables
- General cleaning duties throughout the premises
- Ensuring the site is clean and presentable
Requirements
Due to the nature of the site, successful applicants will need to complete the required pre-employment checks. You must:
- Be able to complete a DBS check
- Provide valid Right to Work documentation
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be able to commit to all three weekly shifts
- Be comfortable working independently
- Be comfortable with potential key-holder responsibilities and using an alarm panel
- Be able to use a telephone-based time and attendance system

Temp to Perm Opportunity
You will initially work through Concept Resources, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
