We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Morning Cleaner to work at a professional site in Limavady.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering a regular 1.5-hour morning shift, Monday to Friday, with no weekend working. The role could be ideal for someone living or already working locally who is looking for a few additional regular hours each week.
Working Hours
- Monday: 9:00am – 10:30am
- Tuesday: 9:00am – 10:30am
- Wednesday: 9:00am – 10:30am
- Thursday: 9:00am – 10:30am
- Friday: 9:00am – 10:30am

Total: 7.5 hours per week
Pay
£12.71 per hour
The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises. Duties will include:
- Cleaning customer-facing and staff areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Replenishing consumables where required
- General cleaning duties throughout the premises
- Ensuring the site is left clean, tidy and presentable
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous cleaning experience, ideally within a commercial environment
- Is reliable and punctual
- Can commit to 9:00am – 10:30am, Monday to Friday
- Can provide valid Right to Work documentation
- Is comfortable with lone working
- Is comfortable with potential key-holder responsibilities and using an alarm panel
- Can use a telephone-based time and attendance system
- Is looking for a position with the potential to become permanent

Temp to Perm Opportunity
The position will initially be supplied through Concept Resources, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the cleaning team following a successful temporary period.
