Role Description

This part-time Office Administration Assistant role is based on-site in Cardiff. The assistant will support daily office operations, including handling incoming calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining electronic and paper records. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle general office tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls, inquiries, and interactions with customers and team members.
  • Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities to support managers with scheduling, document preparation, and coordination.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfortable learning new systems.
  • A professional, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is beneficial; relevant vocational training or certification in administration is an advantage.
