About the Role
Full Time Salary Equivalent: £40,000- £45,000 ( FTE) based on 37.5 hours a week
(Pro rata salary: £21,333–£24,000, based on 20 hours per week)
Location: Charing Cross
Hours: 20 -25 hours per week ( 4 or 5 days; in office Monday-Thursday)
Seeking only candidates who can commit to a part-time role for the long term.
Our client, a small, friendly and specialist professional services business in Central London, is looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused administrator who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and handling confidential information, while also being a collaborative and supportive team player.
This is a varied role offering the opportunity to become an integral part of a small, collaborative team. You’ll provide essential administrative support across legal casework and the smooth running of the small serviced office, working closely with colleagues and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and sending correspondence by email and post
- Scanning, filing and uploading documents to internal systems
- Preparing and compiling document bundles for legal proceedings
- Assisting with the delivery and collection of court and client documents
- Digitising and organising large volumes of hard-copy files
- Coordinating the collection and return of client documents and equipment
- Preparing monthly client report templates
- Supporting payment processes, including verification of bank details
- Managing stationery, post, couriers and document shredding
- Maintaining office records, including holidays, archives and the staff handbook
- Liaising with building management, cleaning services and external suppliers
- Coordinating with the company’s IT provider on day-to-day issues and updates
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team

Salary: will depend upon experience
Requirements
Previous administration and office experience, demonstrating competency with MS Office, Excel / Word, mail merges, and using in-house systems such as I-Manage is essential.
We’re open to flexible working arrangements to suit the right person, although our preference would be core hours of 10.00–14.30, 4- 5 days per week. Present in the office Monday-Thurday as a minimum.
