Part-Time Office Administrator

Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 2:00pm | £13.00 per hour

Are you looking for a part-time Office Administrator role where you can become an important part of a small, friendly team?

We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our production team with a range of day-to-day office duties.

The Role

Your main responsibility will be accurately entering job card information and production data for the production team. You will also provide general administrative support, helping to keep the office running smoothly.

Your duties will include:

  • Entering job card information and production data accurately
  • Using Excel and Microsoft Word daily
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Filing and organising paperwork
  • Photocopying and general office administration
  • Supporting the manager with day-to-day office tasks
  • Providing general administrative support to production staff when required
  • Helping with other tasks around the office as needed

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Is confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Has good telephone and communication skills
  • Is organised, reliable and able to work independently
  • Is happy working as part of a small team
  • Has a hands-on, flexible attitude and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
  • Can manage a variety of tasks and prioritise their workload
