Working Pattern: 3 days per week, 10:00am – 3:00pm

This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised, detail-focused Administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy practice and helping to keep everything running like clockwork.
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with colleagues across the practice and helping to ensure deadlines are met with confidence and calm.
Main Duties
- Keeping the practice running smoothly and prioritising workloads across the team
- Working with the accounts system, ensuring compliance and becoming a "super user" to support the wider team
- Supporting clients with uploading documents and dealing with general queries
- Carrying out reception and filing duties
- Supporting with general office administration
- Managing and supporting the practice’s social media

About You
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a professional practice environment such as accountancy or legal
- Competent IT skills and confident using Excel, Xero, Sage and Microsoft Office Suite
- Naturally organised, detail-focused and dependable
- A clear and confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Comfortable working as part of a small, friendly team
- Able to manage priorities, stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
