We’re looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Part-Time On-Call Recruiter to support our busy Care Division across the weekend and into Monday morning.

For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.

This is a varied role combining scheduled recruitment hours with responsibility for our out-of-hours on-call phone, helping us ensure our care clients and temporary workers continue to receive a responsive service outside our normal office hours.

Working Hours

Your Scheduled Working Hours Will Be

  • Friday: 12:00pm – 4:00pm (Office based)
  • Saturday: 5 hours, flexibly scheduled between 8:00am and 4:00pm (Home based)
  • Sunday: 5 hours, flexibly scheduled between 8:00am and 4:00pm (Home based)
  • Monday: 8:00am – 12:00pm (Office based)

This is a total of 18 scheduled hours a week. In addition, you will be responsible for covering the on-call phone from 4:00pm on Friday through to 7:30am on Monday.

The Saturday and Sunday hours offer flexibility, provided five hours of work are completed each day between 8:00am and 4:00pm. You will, however, need to remain available to respond appropriately to any calls received on the on-call phone throughout the wider on-call period.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
