Part-Time Operations Manager
Contemporary Streetwear Brand | 3 Days per Week
We are partnering with an exciting contemporary streetwear brand to appoint a highly organised and commercially minded Part-Time Operations Manager.
This is a broad, hands-on position that will sit at the heart of the business, ensuring projects, people and priorities remain aligned. Project coordination will be a major focus, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
The Role
The Operations Manager will work closely with the founder and wider team to oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate key projects across the business. You will introduce clear processes, improve communication between departments and ensure deadlines, actions and deliverables are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects across creative, product, production, marketing, e-commerce and commercial teams
- Create project plans, timelines and trackers, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met
- Lead regular project meetings and follow up on actions, responsibilities and outstanding deliverables
- Provide the founder and senior team with clear visibility across priorities, progress and potential risks
- Improve communication and collaboration between internal teams, freelancers, agencies and external partners
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and help establish more efficient ways of working
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical, scalable solutions
- Support seasonal launches, campaigns, collaborations, events and other brand projects
- Manage external suppliers and partners, ensuring expectations, timelines and budgets are aligned
- Help develop and document processes as the business continues to grow
- Support with budgets, reporting and general business administration where required
- Take ownership of ad hoc operational and strategic projects

About You
- Previous experience within an operations, project management or business management position
- Experience working within fashion, streetwear, lifestyle or another fast-paced creative environment
- Exceptional project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Highly organised, proactive and confident taking ownership
- Strong communicator who can effectively coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working closely with a founder in an entrepreneurial and evolving business
- Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
- Able to introduce structure while remaining flexible and solutions-focused
- Confident using project management tools and building clear trackers, timelines and processes

Details
- Part-time: three days per week
- Flexible working arrangement, with regular collaboration with the wider team
- Salary dependent on experience
