Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable receptionist to join our team on a six-month temporary fixed-term contract.
The position will be for approximately three days per week. Days and hours can be flexible, and no Sunday working is required. We would like the successful applicant to start as soon as possible.

The Role Includes
- Welcoming patients
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
- Arranging and managing appointments
- General reception and administrative duties
- Supporting the wider practice team
Previous reception, customer-service or optical experience would be helpful but is not essential, as training will be provided. Good communication skills, reliability and a professional, helpful manner are particularly important.
